Order Processing and Delivery Options

Most orders are processed within 1 business days, depending on product availability, and are delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Customers will receive an email confirmation upon order. All orders are subject to credit card authorisation; only authorised orders will be processed and shipped.

Singapore Standard Delivery

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends) via SingPost Registered Post. Singapore Standard Delivery will be charged at a flat-rate of SGD$5.00 (for purchases below S$50.00 nett).

P.O. Boxes Addresses

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

International Orders & Shipping (Outside Singapore)

Shipping is now available to Peninsular Malaysia at a flat-rate of SGD$15.00. Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends).

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order. We apologise for the inconvenience.

While we hope you are always satisfied with your AUSSIE BBQs purchase, we realise you may need to return a product. In that event, please review the information below.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Returns must be returned in their original condition, unopened.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs with the return.
